The Elevator Pitch: Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?
As Director of Partner Enablement-Solutions Architect, you will lead the technical strategy and enablement of our partner ecosystem. This role will drive collaboration with our strategic partners, empowering them to design, deliver, and deploy our solutions effectively while ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a blend of a strategic leader, technical expert, and business enabler with a passion for building scalable partner programs.
What You’ll Be Working On
Partner Enablement:
- Design and implement a comprehensive partner enablement strategy to ensure partners are fully equipped to deliver our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with Content Design and Enablement to develop and deliver technical training, certifications, and enablement programs tailored to partner needs.
- Collaborate with the Services team to create a knowledge repository with technical documentation, guides, and resources for partner success.
Solution Architecture Leadership:
- Serve as the technical expert and architecture for partners, guiding them in designing, configuring, and deploying solutions based on best practices.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to partners, including solution design reviews, proof-of-concept (POC) guidance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure that partner solutions align with our product capabilities and customer success criteria.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) to align partner enablement strategies with company goals and product roadmaps.
- Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams, providing feedback to improve products and features based on partner input.
- Build strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor to their technical teams.
Program Development:
- Develop partner certification programs to validate technical competency and adherence to standards.
- Define KPIs to measure the success of partner enablement initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
- Lead the creation of co-branded solutions and joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
Innovation and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking guidance.
- Promote the adoption of scalable architectures and reusable technical solutions within the partner ecosystem.
We Are Looking For
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Architect or Billing Architect focusing on Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, subscription-based businesses and SaaS platforms.
- Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or CPQ platforms.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks), and architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
Leadership Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership or partner-facing role, including direct experience with partner enablement or technical alliances.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence and inspire partners to align with strategic goals.
Strategic Mindset:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on long-term partner success.
- Ability to align technical enablement initiatives with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant areas, such as Salesforce Technical Architect, or similar.
- Familiarity with partner enablement tools like LMS platforms, certification platforms, and knowledge repositories.
