At Nue.io, we're on a mission to revolutionize revenue operations for modern businesses. We're building out a GTM/Rates and RevOps expert in our SE team. This is the person who speaks pricing, pipelines, CPQ flows, forecasting, and revenue ops. You’ll partner closely with AEs and revenue system buyers to frame Nue.io as the backbone of flexible, scalable GTM infrastructure.
We want a driven individual who can see through the eyes of our prospects, understand their existing infrastructure, and craft a compelling vision for seamless transformation. This role demands strong business acumen, mastery of SaaS order-to-cash processes, and the creativity to bridge technical and business conversations for diverse stakeholder audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations with RevOps leaders on pipeline forecasting, CPQ practices, deal desk workflows, and GTM tooling
- Design and demo nuanced quoting flows, pricing experiments, and deal book integrations
- Highlight how Nue’s order-centric architecture addresses GTM bottlenecks across channels
- Support AEs in sales planning, qualification, pricing modeling, and deal execution
- Collect use cases to surface feature requests and product improvements
- Engage directly with enterprise prospects and customers to uncover organizational needs and pain points, especially around order-to-cash processes.
- Design thoughtful, tailored solution architectures that elegantly integrate Nue with existing systems—including Salesforce, NetSuite, and legacy billing platforms.
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations that bring the future-state value of Nue to life for stakeholders in sales, sales operations, finance, and IT.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building credibility with all buying influences and addressing concerns specific to each function’s priorities and legacy systems.
- Craft comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, showcasing clear written communication.
- Partner closely with Nue account executives, solution architects, and product teams, providing constructive feedback to continually improve our offering and go-to-market approach.
- Maintain a framework for understanding customer personalities, organizational structures, and how to balance conflicting priorities into a unified technical vision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep background in GTM or RevOps, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, CPQ tools
- Experience shaping quote-to-cash flows, pricing strategy, and pipeline governance
- Ability to present use-case-based demos with business impact
- Excellent coordination with sales, RevOps, and finance teams
- Strong storytelling skills; able to map platform to revenue metrics
- Technical fluency in SaaS integration, with hands-on experience connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, and legacy billing systems.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS order-to-cash workflows, customer billing, revenue recognition, and operational hand-offs.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; adept at simplifying complexity for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with or selling to sales ops, finance, and IT stakeholders; able to empathize with their priorities and perspectives.
- Grit, creativity, and a love for engaging with customers—willing to go the extra mile to build trust and credibility.
- Ability to think on your feet, adapt to conversations in real time, and confidently influence group dynamics.
- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role; startup or high-growth SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with established CPQ and billing systems prior to Nue (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Aria, custom ERP billing modules).
Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and API integrations.
Familiarity with regulatory and security aspects of SaaS billing and data flows.
