At Nue.io, we're on a mission to revolutionize revenue operations for modern businesses. As a growing startup, we're looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of Nue’s products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver robust and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Nue’s products across Salesforce, Web, and API.
• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies for different product lines.
• Write, maintain, and improve test automation scripts and testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with engineering teams to drive resolutions. 
• Conduct regression testing and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date test suites for released and in-progress features. 
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) by developing and integrating automated tests and maintaining quality gates across multiple products.
• Design, execute, and analyze performance tests to ensure system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. 
• Promote best practices in quality engineering, such as code reviews and continuous process improvement. 
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B/B2C product environments. 
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies). 
• Proficiency in API testing and the use of tools such as Postman or similar.
• Ability to write and maintain code (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java) to implement automated tests, custom testing tools, and scripts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based platforms (AWS required). 
• Experience with performance testing tools (such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar) and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong collaborative mindset. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
